This Payments & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains how payments, Token usage, payouts, and refunds operate within ViDope, owned and operated by RIBIETC LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA ("ViDope", "we", "us").
By using ViDope, all users agree to this Policy as well as the Terms & Conditions, Client Terms, and Creator Terms.
1. Payment Processing
1.1. All payments on ViDope are processed exclusively through Stripe.
1.2. Stripe may require identity verification (KYC) depending on country and legal requirements.
1.3. ViDope is not responsible for:
- payment delays
- verification failures
- declined cards
- geographic or bank restrictions
- processing times outside our control
1.4. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be applied automatically by Stripe.
1.5. ViDope does not store credit card numbers or payment details.
1.6. ViDope is not a bank or financial institution and does not issue electronic money or financial instruments.
Stripe processes all payments; ViDope never accesses full card or banking data.
2. Purchasing Tokens
2.1. Clients must purchase Tokens to request Services.
2.2. Tokens are credited once Stripe confirms the payment.
2.3. All Token purchases are final.
2.4. Tokens are:
- internal virtual credits
- not money
- non-refundable (except under Section 7)
- non-transferable
- not redeemable for fiat (real money)
- not cryptocurrency
- usable only within ViDope
2.5. Tokens may not be purchased or used for investment or speculative purposes.
2.6. Tokens do not represent monetary value outside ViDope.
2.7. Token Pack Pricing Adjustments (NEW)
ViDope may adjust the price of Token packs at any time based on operational, economic, or marketplace conditions. Changes to Token pack pricing:
- do not affect Tokens previously purchased
- do not entitle users to refunds, compensation, or Token revaluation
- do not alter the number of Tokens already credited to a user's account
Purchases made before pricing changes remain final.
3. Service Pricing
3.1. All Services are priced exclusively in Tokens.
3.2. Token pricing of Services may change based on:
- Creator performance
- audience quality
- category or niche demand
- internal scoring algorithms
- overall marketplace conditions
3.3. Creators cannot set their own prices.
3.4. ViDope may modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
3.5. All algorithms used to determine pricing are proprietary and may be updated.
Users have no entitlement to formulas, explanations, or historical valuations.
4. Creator Earnings & Payouts
4.1. Creators earn Tokens for completed Services.
4.2. Tokens do not convert directly into money.
4.3. ViDope issues payouts in USD/EUR via Stripe.
4.4. Payout valuation may consider:
- visibility
- audience quality
- niche value
- engagement
- historical consistency
- marketplace demand
4.5. Token value is dynamic and may fluctuate.
4.6. ViDope retains a platform service fee.
4.7. ViDope is not liable for delays caused by Stripe or banks.
4.8. Stripe KYC verification is required for payouts.
4.9. Tax Responsibility
Creators are fully responsible for reporting and paying taxes in their country of residence. ViDope does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
4.10. Currency Disclaimer
Exchange rates for USD/EUR payouts are determined by Stripe or financial institutions. ViDope cannot control exchange rate fluctuations. Fluctuation in payout value does not constitute grounds for dispute or refund.
5. Verification & Payment Holds
5.1. ViDope performs automated checks to ensure Services remain active.
5.2. If a Service is removed, altered, or invalid:
- payouts pause
- Creator is contacted
- unresolved cases may lead to cancellation
5.3. Early removal, modification, or manipulation of placements may result in payout denial.
6. Renewals
6.1. Minimum duration for all Services is 30 days.
6.2. Renewals require:
- Client confirmation
- Creator acceptance
- Token payment
6.3. If the Client does not renew, the Service ends automatically.
7. Refund Policy (Tokens Only)
Refunds are issued only in Tokens and never in money (USD/EUR).
Eligible Refunds
Refunds apply only when:
- A) Creator non-delivery: Creator accepted the request but failed to deliver.
- B) Verified Creator misconduct: Early removal, manipulation, or violation of policies.
- C) ViDope internal cancellation: Technical error, Creator suspension, or system malfunction.
- D) Client cancellation before Creator acceptance
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds are NOT granted when:
- the Creator has accepted and begun the Service
- the Client changes their mind
- performance is lower than expected (views, sales, engagement)
- YouTube/Instagram/TikTok delete, restrict, or penalize the content
- the Client provides incomplete or misleading instructions
Refund decisions are final and at ViDope's sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks
8.1. Attempting a chargeback may result in:
- immediate account suspension
- loss of all Tokens
- cancellation of active Services
- legal or financial action if necessary
8.2. All payments on ViDope are final.
9. Token Forfeiture
Tokens are permanently lost if:
- the user deletes their account
- ViDope terminates the account for severe violations
Tokens cannot be restored after deletion.
10. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be removed after notice. Tokens remain available unless the account is permanently deleted.
11. Disputes
Users may open a dispute at: support@vidope.com
ViDope reviews each case individually, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
12. No Guarantee of Payout Value
Token-to-money conversion is determined solely by ViDope's internal system. Past valuations do not guarantee future payout results. Users cannot claim fixed payout values or Token valuations.
13. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, ViDope is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- payout value fluctuations
- Stripe or banking delays
- algorithmic changes
- moderation actions by external platforms
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
14. Governing Law
This Policy is governed exclusively by:
- the laws of the State of New Mexico
- the laws of the United States of America
All disputes must be resolved in:
State courts of New Mexico, or
Federal courts in New Mexico,
with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
