- employ Creators
- guarantee visibility, ranking, or permanence on third-party platforms
- own Creator content
- control moderation or enforcement actions performed by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any external platform
Creators operate as independent contractors at all times.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, logos, software, and branding displayed on ViDope are owned by RIBIETC LLC or licensed to the Company.
Users may not:

- distribute
- modify
- reverse-engineer

- or republish
any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.
Creators retain ownership of their channel content. Clients retain ownership of media and assets they upload.
ViDope does not claim rights over user-generated content beyond the limited license required to operate the Platform.
