By creating a ViDope account, purchasing Tokens, or submitting a Service request, you agree to:
ViDope is owned and operated by RIBIETC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA.
1.1. ViDope connects Clients with independent creators ("Creators") who offer promotional placements inside their existing content.
1.2. Creators are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of ViDope.
1.3. ViDope does not control Creator channels, publishing decisions, or content moderation.
1.4. ViDope is not responsible for the Creator’s content or how it is treated by external platforms.
1.5. ViDope does not guarantee visibility, reach, ranking, algorithmic performance, or commercial outcomes.
1.6. ViDope has no affiliation with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any external platform.
1.7. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between ViDope and any Creator or Client.
2.1. Clients must purchase ViDope Tokens to request Services.

The Client must:
3.1. Provide accurate, legal, and safe briefing materials.
3.2. Ensure that links, files, and claims do not violate laws or pose security risks.
3.3. Comply with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platform policies.
3.4. Avoid all prohibited content (Section 4).
3.5. Accept that Creators may accept or decline requests freely.
Clients may NOT request:
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
5.1. Before Creator acceptance → free modification or cancellation.
5.2. After acceptance → changes must be reviewed by ViDope Support.
5.3. ViDope will attempt to mediate a cost-free resolution whenever possible.
5.4. Major revisions may require new orders or additional Tokens.
Clients must:
Any off-platform contact attempt may result in suspension.
Clients acknowledge:
7.1. Creators determine timing, style, and creative expression.
7.2. ViDope does not guarantee:
7.3. External platforms may remove, restrict, age-gate, de-rank, or demonetize content at any time → Client assumes this risk.
7.4. If a Creator removes promotional content early, ViDope will intervene and seek resolution.
7.5. ViDope does not verify the legality or accuracy of Client claims, products, or advertisements.
7.6. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising regulations (FTC, EU consumer law, etc.).
8.1. Standard Service duration: 30 days, unless stated otherwise.

8.3. Inaction by the Client results in automatic expiration.
Refunds are issued only in Tokens, under the following conditions:
No other refund scenarios apply.
Clients may be suspended for:
Suspension may occur without prior notice.
11.1. Clients may request deletion at any time.
11.2. Active Services must be fulfilled before deletion.
11.3. Tokens are permanently lost upon deletion.
11.4. Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deleted after notice.
11.5. ViDope may retain certain data for 6–7 years for U.S. legal compliance.
12.1. Clients retain ownership of all submitted materials.
12.2. Creators retain ownership of their channels and content.
12.3. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to the promotional placement during its active period.
12.4. ViDope claims no ownership over Client or Creator materials.
12.5. The Client represents and warrants that they hold all rights necessary to use the materials provided.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViDope (RIBIETC LLC), its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or liability arising from:

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, ViDope is not liable for:
IN NO EVENT SHALL VIDOPE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
