How To get videos proposed by the ViDope team (Client)

    1

Step 1 — Campaign review happens internally

After you finish onboarding and create your campaign, the ViDope team reviews it.

    2

Step 2 — ViDope team curates videos

Once approved internally, the team selects videos for you to review.

    3

    Step 3 — You receive a notification

When proposals are ready, you’ll get notified in your dashboard.

    4

Step 4 — Accept or reject proposed videos

Open your campaign, go to the proposals area, and review suggested videos. If you accept a video → ViDope automatically creates an order for that campaign/video.

How To place an order (Client)

    from approval to payment

    1

Step 1 — Accept a video (creates the order)

When you accept a proposed video, an order is created and sent to the creator.

    2

Step 2 — Creator decides services (you wait)

The creator receives the order and decides which services they will offer for that video. You will later review and accept the proposed budget.

    3

Step 3 — Creator accepts the order

Once the creator accepts, you get a notification: You’ll see the order moving forward and that the ViDope team is preparing instructions.

    4

Step 4 — Review service instructions (texts)

The ViDope team creates the texts that will be included in the video for each service. In the order, you must: Review texts one by one. Either Accept each text, or Edit the text if changes are needed.

    5

Step 5 — Choose months + token package

After accepting all service texts: You’ll see the total price. You can select how many months the placement should remain active (minimum is 1 month). You select which token package to purchase (if needed).

    6

Step 6 — Pay via Stripe

You are redirected to Stripe Checkout (secure payment flow). After payment: The order becomes confirmed. The workflow waits for the creator to implement the texts/services.

    7

    Step 7 — Verify delivery

After the creator marks the services as implemented, you’ll receive a notification to verify: You’ll see a video mockup, links to the video and channel. You should check everything is correctly applied. Recommendation: verify month by month if the order runs multiple months.
