    Basic information about how ViDope works.

    What is ViDope?

    ViDope is a platform that connects brands with content creators to integrate fixed promotional texts into videos already published on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

    Is ViDope an ad platform?

    No. ViDope does not manage paid ads or algorithm-dependent campaigns. Promotional texts are integrated directly into real, visible videos and remain active for the contracted period.

    Which platforms are available?

    We currently work with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

    Registration & Account

    Steps to create your account and verify your identity.

    How do I register on ViDope?

    Just click on "Start / Get started", enter your name and email, choose the account type (client or creator), and accept the policies. Then you will complete a brief onboarding process.

    Why is a postal address requested?

    The postal address is requested solely for legal and administrative reasons. It is not displayed publicly nor used for commercial purposes.

    Is email verification mandatory?

    Yes. To access the dashboard and all platform features, email verification is required.

    I forgot my password

    You can reset it by clicking on 'Forgot Password' at the login screen. We will send you a secure link to your email.

    My account is locked

    Accounts may be locked due to repeated failed login attempts or security alerts. Please contact support to verify your identity and unlock it.

    How do I update my email address?

    Currently, for security reasons, you cannot change your registered email directly. Please contact support if you need to migrate your account.

    For Clients

    Information for brands about campaigns, orders, and payments.

    What information do I need to create a client account?

    During onboarding we ask for: Contact information, Company or brand name, Social media and website (if any), Business location, Platforms where you wish to collaborate, and Keywords and competitors to avoid in your campaigns.

    Why was my campaign not approved?

    Campaigns may be rejected if they violate our content policy (e.g. prohibited products, hate speech) or lack clear instructions. Check your email for specific rejection reasons.

    How do I create a campaign?

    After completing your profile, you can create your first campaign by indicating: Campaign name, Short and long description, Optional CTA, Desired hashtags, and Target country and language.

    What happens after creating a campaign?

    The ViDope team reviews the campaign and looks for suitable creators. When proposals are available, you will receive a notification to review and accept the suggested videos.

    When is an order generated?

    When you accept a video proposed by ViDope, an order linked to your campaign is automatically created.

    How does the budget work?

    The creator proposes the services they will apply to the video. You must accept that budget before continuing with the order.

    Who creates the promotional texts?

    The ViDope team prepares the texts that will be integrated into the video. You can review, accept, or edit them before confirming the order.

    How is payment made?

    Payment is made securely via Stripe. Before paying you can see the total price, choose the number of activation months (minimum 1 month), and select the token package.

    Can I verify that the creator has implemented the texts?

    Yes. Once implemented, you will receive a video mockup, direct links to the content and channel to verify everything has been applied correctly. We recommend reviewing it month by month.

    Can I accept an active order?

    Yes. At the end of the contracted period you can request an extension, which will involve a new negotiation of terms.

    My payment failed

    If your payment is declined, check with your bank to authorize the transaction or try a different card. Ensure your funds are sufficient and the card has not expired.

    Where is my invoice?

    You can find all your invoices in the 'Billing' section of your dashboard, downloadable as PDF.

    How can I request a refund?

    Refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy. If eligible (e.g., creator did not deliver), you can request it via the Order page support button.

    The Creator is not responding

    Creators have 72 hours to respond to active orders. If they remain unresponsive, use the 'Report Issue' button in the order to alert our admin team.

    Can I edit an active campaign?

    Once a campaign has active orders, core details (like brand name) are locked to avoid confusion. You can create a new campaign for different requirements.

    How do I dispute a delivery?

    If the delivered video does not match your instructions, do not confirm the order. Click 'Report Issue' or 'Dispute' inside the order view to pause the payout.

    For Creators

    How do I register as a creator?

    You must select "Start", enter your name and email, choose "creator" as the account type, and accept the policies. Then you will complete the onboarding.

    What data is requested during onboarding?

    Name and surname, Channel or company name, Email and phone, Password, and Social channel connection.

    How do I connect my channel?

    Just copy your channel URL (whether YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) and paste it into the corresponding field. The system automatically syncs channel data.

    What happens if a channel is already registered?

    If a channel is already linked to another account, the system will alert you and will not allow duplicates.

    What are services?

    Services are actions you can apply to a video (e.g., description texts, pinned comments, mentions, etc.). Each service includes a clear description and is linked to a social network.

    Can I choose which services to offer?

    Yes. During onboarding you select which services you agree to offer as a creator. Once inside your dashboard you can also modify them.

    How do I receive orders?

    When a client accepts a video, you will receive a notification in your dashboard to review the order and decide which services to apply.

    What do I have to do when accepting an order?

    Confirm services, Review instructions, Wait for the client and ViDope to validate texts, and Start work when everything is confirmed.

    How do I mark a service as implemented?

    Inside the order you will find checkboxes. Each time you implement a service, you must mark it as completed.

    How and when do I get paid?

    If the order is for more than one month, payment is made in monthly installments. If it is for a single month, the amount corresponding to that month is charged.

    What happens when an order ends?

    Once the contracted period ends, the order is marked as completed. The client can decide to extend it if they wish.

    Dashboard & Support

    Is there a tutorial to learn how to use the platform?

    Yes. When entering the dashboard for the first time, you will have a chatbot-guided tutorial explaining step-by-step how ViDope works.

    Where do I see notifications?

    All important updates (orders, changes, confirmations) appear in the notifications section of the dashboard.

    Legal & Safety

    Detailed legal information, terms of service and responsibilities.

    What is ViDope legally?

    ViDope is an intermediary platform connecting clients with independent creators for the execution of promotional services within content published on third-party platforms. ViDope is not an advertising agency, does not employ creators, does not control external channels or content, and does not guarantee commercial results.

    Does ViDope control videos or social networks?

    No. Videos, channels, and accounts belong exclusively to the creators. ViDope does not control, edit, or publish content on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.

    Does ViDope guarantee views, sales, or results?

    No. ViDope does not guarantee views, reach, engagement, sales, conversions, or algorithmic positioning. The service consists of the execution of the agreed placement, not a specific result.

    What happens if a platform removes or restricts content?

    Decisions by external platforms (removals, strikes, demonetization, restrictions, policy changes) do not depend on ViDope. If the platform removes content, it is the client's risk. If the creator breaches rules and removes content, it is the creator's responsibility. ViDope only guarantees the initial execution of the service.

    Is ViDope related to YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok?

    No. ViDope is not affiliated, sponsored, or approved by any external platform.

    What are ViDope Tokens?

    Tokens are internal virtual credits used exclusively within the platform to request services. They are not real money, cryptocurrency, electronic money, securities, or financial assets. They are non-transferable and non-refundable in cash.

    Can I withdraw Tokens as cash?

    No. Tokens cannot be converted into money. Only creators can receive payouts in real currency after completing services and passing Stripe verification.

    Do Tokens expire?

    No. Tokens do not expire as long as the account is active. If the account is deleted, Tokens are permanently lost.

    Are payments refundable?

    Not in cash. Refunds, when applicable, are made only in Tokens, never in fiat currency.

    In which cases is there a refund?

    Only in these cases: The creator does not deliver the service, creator misconduct is confirmed, ViDope cancels the order due to technical or operational reasons, or the client cancels before the creator accepts. Once the creator accepts the order, there is no refund.

    What happens if I issue a chargeback?

    Chargebacks can imply: Immediate account suspension, loss of Tokens, cancellation of active services, and legal measures if applicable.

    Who is responsible for promotional content?

    The client is responsible for the legality of their products, messages, and claims. The creator is responsible for complying with platform rules and keeping the content active. ViDope does not legally verify or validate commercial claims.

    Is any type of content allowed?

    No. Prohibited content includes: Illegal, sexual, violent, or hate speech, political or ideological content, misleading or fraudulent advertising, unauthorized regulated services, malicious or unsafe links, and undisclosed advertising (#ad, #sponsored). Infractions can imply immediate suspension.

    Is it mandatory to indicate it is advertising?

    Yes. Creators must comply with advertising disclosure rules (FTC, EU, UK, and each platform's policies). Undisclosed advertising is strictly prohibited.

    Are creators ViDope employees?

    No. Creators are independent contractors. There is no employment, corporate, or agency relationship.

    Can client and creator contact outside ViDope?

    No. All communication must be done within the platform. External contact can imply account suspension.

    Can I delete my account?

    Yes, but active services must be completed, remaining Tokens are lost, and some data is retained for legal obligation.

    How long is my data retained?

    ViDope retains certain data for 6–7 years to comply with legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

    Does ViDope comply with GDPR?

    Yes. Although the company is in the US, ViDope complies with GDPR for EU users according to its Privacy Policy.

    Which law applies?

    All services are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA) and US federal laws.

    Where are disputes resolved?

    Disputes are resolved exclusively in state or federal courts of New Mexico.

    Is this legal or financial advice?

    No. Nothing on ViDope constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Each user is responsible for complying with applicable laws in their country.
