Most payment declines happen due to bank security measures. If your purchase fails, try contacting your bank to authorize the transaction for 'RIBIETC LLC'. Alternatively, verify that your card has sufficient funds and hasn't expired.
Creators have 48 hours to accept a request and 72 hours to respond to messages during an active gig. If a Creator is unresponsive for more than 3 days, you can use the 'Report Issue' button in your project dashboard to escalate it to our team.
