VIDOPE – CONTENT & USAGE POLICY

This Content & Usage Policy ("Policy") defines acceptable content, behaviors, and usage rules for the ViDope platform ("ViDope", "the Platform"), owned and operated by RIBIETC LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA.

By using ViDope, all users (Clients and Creators) agree to this Policy, as well as the General Terms & Conditions, Client Terms, Creator Terms, and Privacy Policy.

1. General Principles

ViDope is committed to:

• ensuring safe and compliant promotional practices
• respecting YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platform policies
• preventing illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• protecting users from fraud, manipulation, and abuse
• complying with U.S. law and global advertising standards

ViDope does not pre-screen or approve Client or Creator content. Users are solely responsible for the legality and safety of all material they upload.

Violations may result in Service removal, withheld payouts, suspension, or permanent account termination.

2. Prohibited Content (Strict Ban)

The following categories are strictly forbidden.

2.1. Illegal or Harmful Content

Includes:

• violence, harassment, hate speech
• discrimination based on protected characteristics
• extremism or terrorism
• self-harm, suicide, or dangerous actions
• illegal activities
• child exploitation (zero tolerance)

2.2. Adult or Explicit Content

Prohibited:

• nudity or sexual content
• pornography
• escorting or adult services
• fetish or erotic material
• dating apps promoting adult behavior

2.3. Political or Ideological Content

Strictly banned:

• election influence
• political campaigns or endorsements
• ideological activism or propaganda
• government-sponsored content

ViDope does not permit political advertising in any form.

2.4. Fraud, Deception, or Manipulation

Not allowed:

• misleading or fraudulent advertising
• exaggerated or unverifiable claims
• medical, legal, or financial advice without licensing
• fake testimonials or before/after manipulation
• impersonation, deepfakes
• multi-level or pyramid schemes

2.5. Undisclosed Advertising

Clients and Creators must comply with disclosure laws:

• U.S. FTC rules
• YouTube’s “Includes Paid Promotion”
• Instagram/TikTok #ad, #sponsored, #partner

Hidden ads are strictly prohibited.

2.6. Metric Manipulation

Forbidden:

• bots
• fake views, fake comments
• purchased engagement
• artificial boosting or repetition

2.7. Dangerous or Regulated Items

Not allowed:

• weapons or explosives
• illegal or prescription-only drugs
• unlicensed gambling
• payday loans or predatory finance
• cryptocurrencies requiring licensing
• medical treatments requiring approval

2.8. Malicious or Unsafe Material

Prohibited:

• malware, spyware
• phishing URLs
• suspicious files
• injected code

If unsafe links are detected, ViDope may cancel the Service.

2.9. Unauthorized Account Use

Users may not connect, register, or operate any YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok channel that they do not legally own or have explicit permission to use. ViDope may remove such accounts immediately.

3. Allowed Content (With Restrictions)

Permitted when compliant with laws and platform policies:

• consumer goods
• apps and software
• lifestyle, entertainment
• education
• travel, restaurants
• influencer collaborations

Users remain fully responsible for legality and accuracy.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

• follow this Policy and all platform rules
• execute Services exactly as contracted
• maintain placements for the active period
• include mandatory disclosures (#ad)
• avoid conflicting sponsorships
• ensure channels remain in good standing
• avoid risky uploads during active Services
• cooperate with ViDope verification

Early removal or policy violations may lead to withheld payouts or suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• provide accurate, legal content
• avoid prohibited categories
• ensure all links are safe
• respect Creator creative style
• not request hidden advertising
• not pressure Creators to break platform rules
• understand that external moderation is beyond ViDope control

6. Anti-Circumvention

Users may not:

• attempt to bypass ViDope
• contact each other off-platform
• negotiate or accept payments outside ViDope

Violations may lead to account termination and loss of Tokens or earnings.

7. Enforcement & Moderation Actions

ViDope may, at its sole discretion:

• suspend or terminate accounts
• pause payouts or Token access
• cancel or reassign Services
• adjust Creator rankings
• block unsafe or non-compliant content
• report illegal activity

Content is not pre-moderated. Users assume full responsibility.

8. DMCA & Copyright

Users must respect copyright law.

Violations may result in suspension or removal.

9. Appeals

Appeals may be submitted to support@vidope.com

A review will be conducted, but reversal is not guaranteed.

10. No Guarantee of Visibility

Nothing in this Policy guarantees:

• reach or impressions
• ranking or visibility
• engagement
• monetization or financial results

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by:

• the laws of the State of New Mexico
• the laws of the United States of America

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in:

• State courts of New Mexico
• Federal courts in New Mexico

with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
