VIDOPE – TOKEN POLICY

This Token Policy ("Policy") explains the nature, use, limitations, and legal status of ViDope Tokens ("Tokens"), the internal virtual credits used within the ViDope platform ("ViDope", "the Platform"), owned and operated by RIBIETC LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA.

By purchasing, holding, or using Tokens, you agree to this Policy.

1. What Are ViDope Tokens?

ViDope Tokens are internal virtual credits used exclusively to purchase promotional Services within the Platform.

Tokens are:

• not real money
• not redeemable for cash
• not electronic money
• not cryptocurrency or blockchain-based
• not a security, asset, or investment
• not transferable to other users
• not transferable outside ViDope
• not tradeable, resellable, or exchangeable

Tokens have no monetary value outside ViDope and exist solely as functional digital credits inside a closed-loop platform economy.

Tokens do not represent:

• future revenue
• equity
• ownership rights
• profit expectations
• any form of debt or financial claim

2. Token Packages

ViDope may offer Token packages such as:

• Lite
• Boost
• Power
• Max

Packages may include bonus Tokens, and pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

Tokens are credited automatically once Stripe confirms payment.

3. Token Purchases Are Final

3.1. All Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except under Section 7.

3.2. Tokens cannot be:

• returned
• exchanged
• converted to fiat currency

3.3. Attempting a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3.4. Tokens remain valid unless the user permanently deletes their account.

4. Token Usage

Tokens may be used exclusively for:

• ordering promotional Services
• renewing Services
• upgrading eligible placements

Tokens may NOT be used for:

• purchases outside ViDope
• transferring or gifting Tokens to other users
• trading, reselling, or exchanging Tokens
• speculation or investment

Improper use may lead to Token forfeiture or account suspension.

5. Value of Tokens

5.1. Token valuation is determined solely by ViDope’s internal proprietary algorithm.

5.2. Token value may fluctuate based on:

• Creator performance
• content quality
• niche/category demand
• platform-wide conditions
• marketplace dynamics
• engagement and historical reliability

5.3. ViDope is not required to maintain a fixed Token value.

5.4. Token valuation does not create any financial obligation from ViDope.

5.5. Users are not entitled to previous Token values or payout rates.

Tokens do not constitute:

• equity
• interest-bearing assets
• financial rights

6. Token Rewards for Creators

Creators earn Tokens upon completing Services.

6.1. Tokens may be converted into USD/EUR via Stripe payouts.

6.2. Payout value is determined by ViDope’s payout algorithm.

6.3. ViDope retains a platform service fee on each payout.

6.4. Stripe KYC verification is mandatory.

6.5. ViDope is not responsible for:

• payout delays
• bank rejections
• Stripe processing failures

6.6. Tokens have no monetary value until converted through Stripe.

6.7. Payout availability may depend on local regulations and Stripe support in each country.

7. Token Refund Scenarios (Token-to-Token Only)

Refunds are only issued in Tokens, never in money.

Eligible Refunds

A) Creator Non-Delivery
Creator accepted but did not deliver the Service.

B) Confirmed Creator Misconduct
Includes early removal, manipulation, or violation of terms.

C) Internal ViDope Cancellation
Technical issues, Creator suspension, or operational errors.

D) Client Cancellation Before Creator Acceptance

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are NOT issued when:

• Creator has accepted and started the Service
• the Client changes their mind
• performance is lower than expected
• external platforms remove or penalize the content
• algorithm changes reduce reach
• the Client provides unclear or incorrect instructions

Refund decisions are final and at ViDope’s sole discretion.

8. Token Loss on Account Deletion

When a user permanently deletes their account:

• all unused Tokens are forfeited
• no refunds or compensation are provided
• forfeited Tokens cannot be restored

Inactive accounts retain their Tokens unless deleted.

9. No Financial Rights

Tokens do not:

• represent ownership or voting rights
• entitle users to dividends or profits
• accrue interest
• create any financial claim against ViDope

Tokens exist solely to operate within ViDope’s internal ecosystem.

10. Modification of Token Rules

ViDope may modify Token:

• pricing
• valuation methods
• rules and limitations
• usage conditions
• reward structures
• internal algorithms

Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of ViDope constitutes acceptance.

11. Legal Compliance

This Policy complies with:

• U.S. and New Mexico law
• Stripe KYC/AML requirements
• EU/EEA consumer guidance for closed-loop credit systems
• MiCA exemption criteria (non-transferable, non-blockchain, internal credits)
• international digital advertising standards

Tokens are not regulated financial assets.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed exclusively by:

• the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA
• U.S. Federal law

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in:

• State courts of New Mexico, or
• Federal courts in New Mexico,

with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
